Italiano (IT)One of the most common issue in exporting content via J2XML is the blank page. It can get very frustrating to try to figure out the problem.
There are mainly two reasons why J2XML returns blank page:
- Out of memory error: J2XML has run out of memory.
This usually happens when there is shared hosting and the host limits the amount of memory it can use; - Timeout error: J2XML took too long.
This happens when the number of items to be processed is too large and J2XML does not complete the requested operation
within the pre-set time limits.
In both cases it is suggested to export the articles without the images by disabling the images export option. The images can be copied via FTP later.
